Fox & Associates Acquired by Encode, Inc.
Long Beach, Calif. (June 27, 2007) — Fox & Associates, a Long Beach-based systems integrator consulting firm,
announces that it has been acquired by Encode, Inc. Fox & Associates, supported by Encode's larger team
of WebSphere product specialists, will continue to service its existing client base with the full range
of IBM product solutions. The acquisition underscores both companies' dedication to meeting and exceeding
the growing demands of their customers.
Rebecca Fox, founder of Fox & Associates, will join Encode as TX Principal Architect. The Fox & Associates team will also stay on with the combined company, and customers will continue to benefit from the team’s extensive TX knowledge and experience.
“By joining the complementary strengths of Fox & Associates and Encode, we can more efficiently provide both sets of customers with a total technology lifecycle product stack with IBM's WebSphere Transformation Extender V8.1,” says Fox. The acquisition was finalized on April 23, 2007.
